Hands down this was the most powerful assessment tool I’ve ever used. As a leader, gaining insight into your team’s God-given gifts along with those areas that might cause frustration, is a game changer. It allowed my team and I to better understand what types of work increase our energy vs the type of work that might be draining. It then allowed us to recalibrate and ultimately work better as a team. We also learned that as a team we had a high concentration of colleagues with the genius of Tenacity, but no one on the team had the genius of Wonder. This raised our awareness to the fact that though we were exceptional at getting stuff done, we likely weren’t creating space to brainstorm, dream and create. So, with intentionality, we began creating that space to ensure we spent time in Wonder and that we sought out colleagues that had this gift. Total Game Changer!!!
