Lean In
This book is so good and was an extremely important resource for me as I sought to level-up my thinking. As a woman in leadership, this was a particularly relatable book as I too had experienced many of the illustrative examples that Sheryl recounted and, in a way, it helped me recognize I wasn’t alone!

Even this uber-successful woman in tech at the height of her career battled imposter syndrome, struggled at times to use her voice, and had difficulty leaning into fear. Hmmm ... maybe it wasn't just me? The whole book is outstanding, but the biggest takeaway for me was this question she posed:
"What would you do if you weren't afraid?"
OMG ... that is actually a REALLY daunting question! Think about those things that you dream about, but for whatever reason you tamp down because your self-limiting thoughts perceive that they're out of reach or that you couldn't possibly be good enough to accomplish that 'thing' ... whatever that 'thing' is. What if you leaned in, experienced the fear, and did it anyway? That's a game changer right there! If you're looking to level up and become the best version of yourself, this is a must-read book and one you should definitely add to your library!
